A complaint inspection was initiated on October 25, 2022 and concluded on 11/10/2022 in response to a complaint received pertaining to special care provisions and emergencies at the center. During this inspection, the licensing inspector conducted Interviews with staff and collaterals, observations, reviewed records, and photographs. Based on the information gathered during the inspection was determined there was no preponderance of the evidence gathered. Therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
